Great Accomplishments Today!

An update from Koen's Nana~ Koen has made great accomplishments today. They didn't have to take him back to surgery to replace the port which is a huge answer to prayer. They were able to draw from the existing one which means less needle pokes for our Koen. They have introduced him to food again but he is afraid to eat since he doesn't want to throw up. His pain has been more tolerable but he is not off the iv pain medication yet. He is still a pretty unhappy little guy and I am looking forward to the day when we have our Koen back. He was always a happy easy going joy to everyone he met. Cancer has caused him to be leary of most people and more clingy to us. We are so close to beating this and I am so grateful to all of those that continue to lift our Koen up in prayer! We all need it and it means so much to us!

    Just came from Bible Study and we prayed for Koen. Please keep up your posts so we can see how he is doing. I've come to think of him as family and rejoice when you rejoice and pray specifically when you ask. Janet Mathes

    I'm praying. Praying that Koen will know the nearness of the Lord who held little children on His lap while He was here on earth and said "Let the little children come unto me."
